Make A Payment


We are pleased to offer you the convenience of online payments.

Please make sure that you have your bill with you before continuing as you will need to refer to it when making your payment online. For help with reading your bill, click here for an explanation.

Before using our ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION, please read the following:

  • Payments can be made toward all active insurance policies. You can make payments to multiple policies but they must be made one at a time.
  • One time payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard credit cards. At this time, American Express or Visa/MasterCard Debit payment methods are unavailable.

Please Note: Should the entry field for the Security Code (CVV/CVC/CVD) not appear on the online payment screen, please refresh your browser by hitting CTRL + F5 (at the same time). The entry field for the code should then appear.

In what situations can I make a payment online?

  • When making a payment of your premium owing for the full term of your policy renewal.
  • When a payment that is normally withdrawn from your credit card or bank account each month defaults, you can pay the defaulted amount online. Speak with your broker to ensure it will be accepted.
  • To pay any outstanding premium owing on your cancelled policy. Speak to your broker to see if the policy will be reinstated.
  • Speak with your broker about any other payment situations.

When can an online payment be made?

Online payments may be made on your Pafco policy at any time of the day, 7 days a week. Payments made will be date and time stamped.

Will I receive a receipt for the payment?

Yes, a receipt and proof of payment will be sent to the email address you provide when making the online payment.

I have received a Payment Default letter from Pafco indicating that there is an outstanding amount owing. Can I make a partial payment online?

No, partial payments are not accepted. Online payments should always be for the full amount as indicated on the Payment Default letter.
