Online payments may be made on your Pafco policy at any time of the day, 7 days a week. Payments made will be date and time stamped.
Will I receive a receipt for the payment?
Yes, a receipt and proof of payment will be sent to the email address you provide when making the online payment.
I have received a Payment Default letter from Pafco indicating that there is an outstanding amount owing. Can I make a partial payment online?
No, partial payments are not accepted. Online payments should always be for the full amount as indicated on the Payment Default letter.
